FACE-TO-FACE APPOINTMENTS FOR OTHER ISSUES

SAFETY RESTRICTIONS FOR FACE-TO-FACE APPOINTMENTS

Patients attending an appointment will be asked to comply with the following safety measures:

  • Patients will be requested to attend their appointments unaccompanied (alone) except in the case of children, who can be accompanied by a single adult.

  • Please check in for your appointment by knocking on the sign-posted window.

  • When entering the building for your appointment, you will be asked to enter through the rear entrance via the car park.

  • You will be required to bring a face covering to wear upon entry into the building and apply the hand gel provided.

  • The duration of your face-to-face appointment with the clinicians will be kept to a minimum and in some cases, it may be necessary to conduct part of the consultation by phone. You will be advised if this is the case. Please do not attempt to extend the duration of your face-to-face appointment.
